This has included preparation of patentability opinions, licensing agreements, assignments and nondisclosure agreements.
William’s extensive scientific background and intellectual property experience has allowed him the opportunity to be involved in a diverse array of cases where his particular skill set is well suited, especially complex cases requiring expert testimony. Over the years his practice has included numerous class actions, as well as individual cases involving products liability, mass torts, personal injury, and commercial litigation. He has experience in all phases of litigation, from initial petition through discovery and motion practice, to trial and appeal.
