Jami Youmans Vantedge Ventures

Jami Youmans is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Vantedge Ventures. Jami is an experienced business leader with more than 10 years in the healthcare provider space. As a healthcare innovator, she has collaborated with health systems to improve operational efficiency, increase physician and patient satisfaction, and reduce cost through the integration and optimization of technology. As the architect for Vantedge Ventures’ client services, Jami manages the customized methodology for innovation impact in provider and start-up settings. Jami also leads the Partnership Program through expanding Vantedge Ventures network across industry verticals, creating a community of experts and innovative leaders eager to achieve actionable improvements in healthcare.

Prior to founding Vantedge Ventures, Jami was with Trinity Health as Chief of Staff for Loyola Medicine during the acquisition and subsequent organizational integration. Trinity Health is a national, non-profit Catholic health system operating 86 hospitals in 21 states. Jami was also a healthcare administrator at the Center for Clinical Excellence within BJC Healthcare, a 13 hospital, non-profit organization based in St. Louis, MO.
